If you need to cancel your lesson or session, please do it through EC Pro as soon as possible.
BHR Riders who cancel their lesson with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a credit token which can be used to book a different lesson. These tokens expire after 6 months so make sure you use them promptly. If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, you will not receive a credit of any kind.

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. The Avon Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
